The Compliance Excellence Leader for Cytiva is responsible forDevelop and operationalize an effective Compliance Communications program.

This position is part of the Compliance team and will be remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

**What you’ll do**
- Develop and operationalize an effective Compliance Communications program. Set the communications agenda yearly and roll out communications on a monthly basis with innovative approaches
- Develop and operationalize an effective Compliance Training program. Create the templates and standard work for executing high quality highly interactive live compliance programs in support of the Regional/OpCo CCOs. POC for Danaher’s online annual training
- Lead continuous improvement Projects in all areas of the compliance program (including data privacy, ITC, Audit & Monitoring, investigations, M&A integration) leveraging DBS tools and technology (working with the IT function). Main representative of the Cytiva in Danaher wide continuous improvement projects
- Responsible for metrics and reporting for the Compliance function. Work with DHR Corporate and the Sustainability team to publish impact reports and respond to customers and certification bodies

**Who you are**
- BA/BS degree or global equivalent in Law, Finance, IT, Business or equivalent
- A minimum of 8 years of Legal/Compliance/Regulatory/Audit or Risk experience, preferably within the Healthcare or Lifesciences industry
- Strong organizational, project management and prioritization skills, ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Creative with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated experience in writing effective Policy/Training/Communications.
- Strong data analytics skills: developing data collection systems, using quantitative analysis to assess compliance performance and drive management action

The salary range for this role is $100,000-120,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
