Mortgage Loan Processing Assistant

Job Overview:
We offer a starting pay with bonus. Both hourly and bonus will increase after your first 60 days or less. The 60 days or less is based on your experience and how fast you pick up on systems etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review loan files for completeness and accuracy
- Conduct credit analysis and verify financial information
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information
- Coordinate with escrow, title, and insurance agencies
- Ensure compliance with FNMA, TILA, and other regulatory requirements

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in loan processing or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of loan origination procedures and regulations
- Strong math skills for calculations and financial analysis
- Familiarity with banking practices and terminology
- Ability to interpret contracts and financial documents
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
