JOB SUMMARY

Provides professional level support to the procurement function. Works directly with the Procurement Manager to purchase supplies for multiple locations from pre-approved supplier list.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manages spreadsheets to ensure all supplies for upcoming orders are on-hand for scheduled runs.
- Creates parts in Epicor ERP system for any new suppliers, parts, and/or orders.
- Collects and provides initial analysis of data to be used by the procurement team.
- Ensures proposals/quotes are completely and appropriately completed. Verifies product and pricing information and contacts suppliers/potential suppliers for clarification as necessary.
- Produces and manages reports tracking contract expiration dates and/or spending for assigned categories and/or departments.
- Ensures that systems are appropriately maintained and updated.
- Contacts suppliers to resolve potential quality issues.
- May track shipments and/or verify quantities received against purchase orders/invoices.

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
