Office Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities
- Handle patient inquiries and complaints
- Implement office policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Experience in dentistry / insurance billing
- Experience in supervising and leading a team effectively
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Excellent file management skills for organization

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Dentrix: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
