Job Overview: We are seeking an Appointment Generator to join our sales team. As an Appointment Generator, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for our sales representatives. This is an inside sales position that requires strong communication and negotiation skills. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy building relationships with potential customers, we want to hear from you Responsibilities: - Conduct warm calling to potential customers to generate interest in our products and services - Utilize telemarketing techniques to engage with prospects and schedule appointments - Follow up with leads generated through various channels, such as website inquiries or marketing campaigns - Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in Salesforce or similar CRM software - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and appointments - Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions to build trust and rapport Requirements: - Previous experience in technology sales, inside sales, or a related field is preferred - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively communicate the value of our products and services - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track leads and appointments - Ability to work independently and meet set targets and goals - Positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including opportunities for career growth and development.
