Restaurant Server

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus to customers and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Enter orders into the POS system (Toast) for processing
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
- Provide recommendations on menu items based on customer preferences
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Process customer payments using cash register or other payment methods
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including dining areas, restrooms, and server stations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Server or in the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for handling payments accurately
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and guest services
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
