House Cleaner

We are searching for a skilled, diligent residential cleaner who takes pride in their work. The residential cleaner will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the household and its surrounds.

Residential Cleaner Responsibilities:

- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and washing floors, toilets, showers, tubs, driveways, windows, and counters.
- Vacuuming carpets, upholstery, and any other dusty surface.
- Cleaning all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom.
- Making beds and fluffing pillows.
- Folding clean laundry.
- Scrubbing and sanitizing all relevant surfaces.
- Handling all furniture and appliances carefully.

Residential Cleaner Requirements
- Full time or part time availability.
- Experience from 1 to 3 years (The main cleaner has to get minimum 3 years of experience)
- License or transportation may be required. (We can provide the car if you have license)
- Good knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
- Ability to understand verbal and written instructions (communication could also be in Spanish)
- Polite disposition.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
- A work Interview required.

Responsabilidades del limpiador residencial:

- Quitar el polvo, barrer, trapear, lavar pisos, inodoros, duchas, bañeras, entradas de vehículos, ventanas y mostradores.
- Aspirar alfombras, tapicería y cualquier otra superficie polvorienta. Limpieza de todas las superficies de cocina y baño.
- Hacer camas y esponjar almohadas.
- Plegado de ropa limpia.
- Fregar y desinfectar todas las superficies relevantes.
- Manejar todos los muebles y electrodomésticos con cuidado.

Requisitos de limpieza residencial:

- Disponibilidad de tiempo completo o medio tiempo.
- Experiência de 1 a 3 años (La limpiadora principal debe tener mínimo 3 años de experiência)
- Licencia de conducción requerida o un medio de transporte.
- Buen conocimiento de productos de limpieza y productos químicos.
- Capacidad para comprender instrucciones verbales y escritas (la comunicación también puede ser en español)
- Buena disposición y actitud.
- Se requiere una entrevista de trabajo.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
