Associate Customer Service Rep, Entry

As a **Key Account Customer Service Specialists**, you will be our first line of contact for our external customers to ensure the success of every sale. You will input orders, source to multiple manufacturing and fulfillment centers, track order fulfillment status, update customers, and work with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain, Operations, and Shipping to ensure on-time delivery for your assigned accounts. You will directly manage an account load of customers and partner with our outside sales team for success. You will be empowered to solve customer-service related problems and implement corrective action plans. You will also gain a solid understanding of our policies, procedures, and goals.

You will report to the Customer Service Supervisor. This role is available as a remote position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input customer orders; sourcing to multiple fulfillment centers, including late order tracking.
- Review and update daily priority list, customer, and product file maintenance.
- Work with Planning, Scheduling, Production and Shipping to ensure on-time shipments and manage inventory in a cost-effective manner.
- Work with your supervisor to resolve issues and implement corrective action plans.

**Qualifications**:

- HS Degree, GED, or Equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience supporting manufacturing or logistics.
- Experience entering a high volume of order data daily with low error rate is essential.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, follow up, and analytical abilities.
- Motivated to contribute actively within a team environment.
- Must be able to display enthusiastic, customer-focused professionalism.
