**Technical Service Representative**:
**Location**: Boyne City, MI, 49712

**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Service Representative to join our team at our facility in Selinsgrove, PA As a Technical Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for problem-solving.

This role will service central PA and company car provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
- Assist in creating and updating technical support documentation and knowledge base articles
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a technical support or customer service role
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, if required
- Clean driving record

**Salary info**:
**$25 - $30 / hr
