Service Repair Estimator

**Position**: Service Repair Estimator

**Location**: Sykesville, MD

**Reports to**:Service Administrative Manager
- Prepare comprehensive cost quotes and estimates for customers requiring the repair of physical security equipment
- Consult with customers & service technicians to develop a detailed Scope of Work
- Collaborate with Purchasing Coordinator to develop project parts lists
- Communicate with Scheduling Coordinator to ensure timely execution of work
- Coordinate with Project Manager to confirm that work performed matches the Scope of Work
- Participate in project meetings and companywide inventories

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
