Responsibilities: - Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and other relevant regulations - Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement - Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to safety protocols - Provide training and education on safety practices, including occupational health and risk management - Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences - Maintain accurate records of safety-related incidents, inspections, training, and compliance activities - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in safety management Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field preferred - Proven experience in safety coordination or a similar role - In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations, NEC codes, and compliance management - Strong understanding of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) principles - Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively train employees on safety procedures - Proficient in using construction management software for tracking safety-related data - Familiarity with construction management practices is a plus - Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks - Knowledge of workers' compensation processes and procedures This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Safety Coordinator to join our team. Pay: $24.34 - $43.50 per hour
