**Responsibilities**:

- Calendar Management - Coordinate and manager schedules for both businesses, including scheduling appointments, meetings and events.
- Administrative Support - Provide general administrative assistance such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and maintaining office supplies for both businesses.
- Financial Administration - Assist with basic financial tasks such as expense tracking, invoice processing, and coordinating with accounting department
- Research - Conduct research on vehicles and boats using MVA databases and DNR contacts
- Project Coordination - Assist with project management tasks, including organizing project timelines, tracking progress, and coordinating meetings or resources as necessary
- Liaison - Act as a liaison between the businesses and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Miscellaneous Tasks - Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by business owners or managers.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of Administrative Office Work
- Previous experience in an Attorney Firm or Paralegal
- Previous experience in loan processing or title work
- HVAC, Plumbing, and Appliance repair skills
- Organization - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to Detail - Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks, from scheduling appointments to preparing documents
- Proactivity - Self-motivated and proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative to address them proactively
- Confidentiality - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Adaptability - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, with a willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities a required.
- Team Player - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

**Education**:

- Highschool Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
