Job Functions + Responsibilities:

- Managing the team
- Making sure our Guests have a great time
- Maintain SOP’s and ensure staff are properly trained on new procedures.
- Ensure staff have the tools needed to perform their job.
- Provide a warm and engaging environment for guests.
- Lead engaging and informative daily Pre-shifts
- Ensure a smooth and positive relationship between BOH + FOH.
- Bring a creative energy to the team
- work together to curate seasonal menus

Pay: $58,500.00 - $68,000.00 per year
