**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled Admissions & Marketing Director to oversee the admissions and marketing operations of Puller Veterans Care Center. We are committed to providing the best care for our Veterans and to enhance to the fullest extent possible their quality of life.

**Duties**:

- The Director of Admissions & Marketing is responsible for the organization, supervision, and administration of admission and marketing staff to include sound planning, directing of workforce, controlling costs, and maintaining organizational relationships
- The Director of Admissions & Marketing is responsible for growing sales by obtaining new admissions and meeting proper payer mix goals through building and developing external businesses leads and relationships
- Will serve as a contact for all post admissions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in marketing, business, financial management or related field or equivalent
- Must have considerable experience working in sales and marketing
- Considerable knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, service demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
- Must have excellent clinical knowledge regarding services, which may be provided in a skilled nursing care/rehabilitation facility
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service and personal services. This includes customer service needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills and ability to complete tasks in an efficient / timely manner

This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
