**Provide direct oversight of the movement of goods in and out of the storeroom. You will be responsible of coordinating with production, logistics, purchasing and planning teams to ensure the physical movement of goods takes place in a timely manner based on when the goods are required. The role requires you to proactively monitor the workflow queue for the storeroom clerks and ensure they have sufficient tasks for the shift. The role requires you to be a 360 Degree communicator with the ability to manage multiple requests via different communication channels and provide timely responses**.

**Core Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Monitor workflow queue for the storeroom clerks and coordinate with relevant production administration personnel if additional work is required.
- Work with the logistics coordinator to ensure you are prepared for the receipt of all incoming goods.
- Responsible for creating and posting all inventory transactions in the Inventory management system [including but not limited to; creating and posting purchase order receipt lists, production order picking lists and route card journals, sales orders pick lists, and receiving RMA’s]
- Coordinating regular cycles counts to improve the accuracy of the inventory.
- Investigate inventory errors.
- Monitor, track, and provide updates on the fulfilment status of production order shortages.
- Coordinate the physical movement of goods between inventory locations or between a department and the storeroom. Create and post the relevant journals to record movement transactions.
- Coordinate and monitor all vendor managed inventory.
- Collect and deliver parts to vendors if a delivery service is not possible.
- Continuous improvement of the storeroom organization, including appropriately stored inventory.
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment. A measurement of your performance will directly corollate with feedback from your customers regarding the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of communication.

**Requirements**:

- Logical thinker and problem solver
- Storeroom experience preferred but not essential
- Good communication skills.
- Good self-management and organizational skills.
- Clean driving license

Pay: $19.25 - $22.00 per hour
