- Work our Point of Sale system
- Maintain accurate waitlists and manage table turnover efficiently
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- Communicate with manager, servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Provide exceptional guest service by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred but not necessary
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food service procedures and restaurant operations
