**What You'll Do**:

- Build, implement and maintain a comprehensive cyber security strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other cyber threats.
- Lead the implementation of security controls and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption, and multi-factor authentication.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and assess the effectiveness of existing security measures.
- Monitor and analyze security incidents and provide timely response and resolution to mitigate potential impacts.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security best practices into system design and development processes.
- Stay informed about emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends to proactively address potential risks.
- Oversee security awareness training programs to educate employees about cyber security risks and promote a culture of security awareness.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory agencies, to address security-related concerns and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications preferred.
- 5+ years experience in a cyber security role, with a track record of successfully leading security initiatives in a complex organization
- **Ability to travel 10-20% for team meetings, company offsites, employee onboarding trips and other business needs**:

- In-depth knowledge of cyber security principles, technologies, and best practices, including network security, endpoint protection, identity and access management, and security incident response.
- Experience collaborating with Internal Audit and External Audit teams for reporting on the execution of controls and communicating Cyber and SOX control roadmaps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members, drive results, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
