**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**: Accurately input, update, and maintain customer data and sales information in our internal systems.
- **Quote and Order Creation**: Prepare and manage sales quotes and orders, ensuring they are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist the salesperson with various administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and organization in the sales process.
- **Client Interaction**: Handle client inquiries and correspondence under the guidance of the salesperson, maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.
- **Document Management**: Organize and file important sales documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and well-maintained.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members, contributing to the overall success of the company.
