**Position Overview**:
As a Store Manager at [Your Company Name], you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our Boost Mobile store by overseeing daily operations, optimizing employee performance, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. Your primary focus will be on creating a positive and high-performance store environment, both for customers and employees.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**:Recruits, train, and mentor a team of sales associates.
Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, motivation, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

**Sales Achievement**:Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional sales skills and product knowledge.
Set and track sales targets and motivate the team to reach and exceed them.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

**Customer Experience**:Ensure customers receive a superior in-store experience, offering assistance, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
Maintain a welcoming and organized store environment.

**Inventory Management**:Monitor and manage store inventory to ensure stock levels are optimized and products are well-stocked.

**Operational Excellence**:Ensure the store operates in compliance with Boost Mobile's standards, policies, and procedures.
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting.

**Performance Evaluation**:Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
Implement training and development plans to enhance employee skills.

**Loss Prevention**:Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and maintain store security.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the wireless industry.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and operational best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Boost Mobile products and services is a plus.
