**We're offering a $5,000 Sign on bonus for this position.**
- **2pm-10pm, M-F**:

- **PRN**

The LVN- RN will provide nursing care within the scope of practice of a registered nurse including administering prescribed medications, documenting the condition, care and treatment of patients, observing and assessing patients and notifying physicians of significant changes.

**Qualifications**:

- Current LVN, or RN license in the State of Texas
- Prior experience in skilled nursing / long term care is helpful but not required
- Service-oriented (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor)
- Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
