**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all banquet events from start to finish
- Supervise banquet staff, including servers and bartenders
- Conduct interviews and train new banquet team members
- Maintain inventory control for banquet supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food and beverage service
- Oversee event setup, including table arrangements, decorations, and audiovisual equipment
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in banquet management or related hospitality roles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of bartending, food industry standards, and restaurant management practices
- Familiarity with inventory control procedures in a banquet setting
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards
Pay: $25.00 per hour
