- HYBRID - If you reside within 50 miles of Adtalem offices in Chicago, IL, Addison, IL, Columbia, MD, Minneapolis, MN, and Miramar, FL this role is hybrid, requiring office presence three days a week (Tue, Wed, Thu), with the rest of the workweek spent working from home.

Opportunity at a Glance
The Business Process Analyst will work closely with Project Managers, functional groups, stakeholders and technical staff to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data and information in support of projects. The role requires strong partnership with business stakeholders to drive process improvement delivery through exemplary process design/improvement/management skills using proven best practice techniques and methodologies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Works with a variety of project teams during various stages of the project to define, analyze, document and publish project data, surveys, business processes, and information exchange requirements.
- Build relationships across the enterprise, and understand at a high level what initiatives are moving forward in other areas of Adtalem Global Education.
- Conducts business systems process analysis and needs assessments in an effort to identify business process improvements.
- Identifies and works with the appropriate Subject Matter Experts to understand and produce business/project data.
- Coordinates User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of respective department functions.
- Manages multiple assignments according to documented plans, monitors, and reports progress to ensure that required work is delivered on time.
- Works closely with all stakeholders to ensure smooth "go live" when new systems or processes are moved into production.
- Develops and maintains a solid knowledge of the federal, state and institutional policies and business processes. Displays willingness to share such knowledge with other stakeholders.
- Archives project documentation, test results and any relevant information according to business standards and processes.
- Work with projects that include a significant strategic delivery to deliver successful results.
- Performs other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Required or
- other related field Required or
- equivalent work experience Required
- 1+ year experience modeling/designing business processes and/or analyzing data to support business decisions/hypotheses. Required and
- Business operations experience/background Preferred and
- Experience with IT systems analysis/design Preferred
- Demonstrated success establishing clear priorities to achieve business outcomes.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and work with multiple projects simultaneously.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills; must be able to manage tasks and projects with mínimal guidance.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with mínimal supervision and direction.
- Software skills required (Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Outlook).

**Additional Information**:

- In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $51962.03 and $93918.96. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
