**Responsibilities**:

- Dive into action by implementing personalized behavior intervention plans, tailored to each student's needs and aspirations.
- Become a superhero sidekick to our students, providing one-on-one support and guidance in classrooms and beyond.
- Your mission, should you choose to accept it: collect data, track progress, and celebrate every win along the way
- Team up with our amazing educators, therapists, and families to create a powerhouse of support for our students.
- Spread the joy by sharing updates and victories with parents/guardians, keeping them in the loop every step of the way.

Qualifications:

- Are you a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)? Fantastic You're exactly who we're looking for
- Got a Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field? Even better
- Experience working with awesome kids with autism or developmental disabilities? We're cheering you on already
