Job Title: Marketing Specialist and Graphic Designer

**Overview**: We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist with strong graphic design skills to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist and Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts and managing various marketing campaigns that inspire, inform, and captivate our customers. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential for this role.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:

- Develop graphics and visual images for product illustrations, logos, websites, and in-store materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging designs for various platforms including social media, websites, and printed materials.
- Incorporate current design trends into each unique layout to produce an up-to-date style.
- Utilize various techniques to create drafts and final designs, and amend designs after feedback.
- Create market-focused designs and ensure visual design aesthetics align with our brand.

**Marketing**:

- Develop and implement marketing plans including seasonal promotions, holiday decorations, and in-store events.
- Manage and update content on our website and social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
- Set up and optimize search keywords and advertising campaigns.
- Handle customer reviews and complaints on platforms like UberEats, DoorDash, and Grubhub.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and seek out bloggers for promotional activities.
- Conduct market surveys and product surveys to gather customer insights.
- Manage menu items, including setup, editing, and price changes, both in-store and online.
- Ensure consistency in marketing materials and branding across all channels.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain and organize all design and marketing files in Google Drive.
- Update and manage online menus and catering forms.
- Coordinate with store managers and the marketing team for various promotional activities and events.
- Submit necessary documents like COI (Certificate of Insurance) to clients or event organizers.

**Experience and Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of content management systems and web design principles.
- Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
- Familiarity with JavaScript for web design enhancements.
- Ability to create designs that are both visually appealing and market-focused.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

**Projects and Responsibilities**:

- Manage projects such as the Chinese Little Red Book, summer fairs, and holiday decorations.
- Create and post engaging content on social media platforms including IG Stories and TikTok videos.
- Update the menu and manage items in the POS system.
- Coordinate with influencers for promotional events and re-shoot items as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and reviews, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week
