**Project Manager/Estimator**

**Key Result Areas (KRAs): ACCURACY-EFFICIENCY-COLLABORATION**

**Responsibilities**:

- Specialized Estimation: Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial concrete projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
- Project Analysis: Analyze blueprints, construction drawings, and other documentation to accurately assess project requirements.
- Cost Management: Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial viability.
- Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Liaise with vendors and suppliers for cost estimation and procurement of materials.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and adjust estimates accordingly.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
- Technology Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software for estimation and project management.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of evolving industry trends and technologies to enhance estimation accuracy and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field preferred, but not mandatory.
- Bilingual in Spanish, a plus but not a requirement.
- Proven experience in construction estimation, particularly within the commercial concrete sector.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and concrete services.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore), scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- A firm commitment to safety and industry regulation compliance.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required (60-mile radius around the office)
- Relevant certifications.
