As our Counter Staff is the face of our business and brand, we are seeking individuals that enjoy working with people and as a team to represent Tide Dry Cleaners in the ideal manner and provide an enjoyable customer experience for our customers.

General Description
- Provide best-in-class customer service to our dry cleaning and laundry pick up and drop off customers.
- Create a delightful in-store experience.
- Tag the garments & pay close attention to details.
- Oversee and manage the daily store production while ensuring the quality standards of Tide Dry Cleaners are met.
- Train employees in all aspects of running a counter store.
- Qualify to open and close the store and perform the necessary daily paperwork.
- Be able to function in a fast-paced environment with a high level of detail while standing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Other duties may be assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to recognize numbers and perform basic math skills.
- Participate in ongoing education and training.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must have a friendly personality.

Shift and Schedule
- Full-time (30-40 hours weekly)
- Overtime if necessary
