**Surgical Sales Consultant, Chicago Center for Facial Plastic Surgery**

**MSP is growing quickly, and we are looking to hire an experienced Surgical Sales Consultant to join our exceptional team of practitioners in Chicago**

As a sales consultant, you have experience in luxury sales, you are a self-starter, driven and a people-person. You are skilled at forming meaningful relationships, present services and/or products that are best suited for patients. You sell with integrity.

**Your Experience**:

- Experience in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, Med Spa, or Cosmetic Dentistry sales (Minimum of 2 years Required) with a track record of high sales conversion and performance
- Experience with selling luxury brand items and/or high-ticket sales
- Medical esthetics knowledge (preferred)
- Optimize the patient scheduling to maximize capacity and reduce wait time
- Maintain and follow up with CRM (HubSpot) database
- Follow complete checklist for all consultations
- Support surgeons and physicians and providers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Create patient-facing presentations and curate before and after pictures for consultations
- Have a passion for aesthetics
- Be polished and well-presented
- Maintain a positive attitude, be flexible, and highly motivated
- Dedication to always practice patient advocacy
- Have passion to provide excellence in service

**Responsibilities: **
- Provide five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patients
- Be compassionate, empathetic and understanding to facilitate comfortable and calm treatments
- Create a concierge experience and nurture patient relationships
- Be responsible for sales management by tracking and measuring analytics
- Meet or exceed goals and prepare reports to present progress

**Job Type**:Full-time, Permanent 

**Salary**: Salary plus commission

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday 

**Work Location**:On-site

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
