We have an exciting opportunity for a pizza-loving, hands-on, enthusiastic Restaurant Shift Leader to join our team Our passion for made-from-scratch pizza and serving it up with love, is what makes our pizza so great and our guests so happy.

As the **Restaurant Shift Leader**, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overall restaurant operations from the front-of-the house and of course, guest interaction. After all, they’re like family The responsibilities extend from pizza making to team leadership, and possibly even pizza deliveries. It’s an all-encompassing role and we want someone who:

- is very hands-on and has a strong sense of personal responsibility

- understands the responsibilities of all positions in the restaurant, including financials (pizza experience would be amazing)
- upholds safety and sanitation regulations to keep our team members and guests safe and sound, and enjoys a variety of music playing in the store throughout the day
- utilizes operational tools to plan and achieve excellence in the store - staffing, training, labor, scheduling, monthly reporting, ordering, receiving, cash and inventory management
- is a solid operator, genuinely positive role model and human who just loves pizza and making people happy

**Sound like you? We’d love to hear from you We’re looking for**:

- 2+ years of fast-casual restaurant experience (pizza would be a plus)
- Proven track record of strong operational knowledge, leadership and achievement
- Strong communication skills and high level of personal accountability
- Available to work a varying schedule to include evenings, weekends or holidays to do what it takes to meet the guests and business needs (i.e. be there when the pizza cravings come)
- An eye for details and exceeding our customers’ expectations daily.
- A desire to win as a team and **be a part of the greatest “Community/Family Pizzeria” in Orange County**:

- Able to meet the physical requirement In-store such as: occasionally positioning oneself (e.g., walk, bend, twist, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, push and pull) to handle or move objects weighing up to 50lbs. **Occasionally operating hand-held appliances and simple machinery (industrial can opener, dough mixer, industrial dishwasher, etc.). ** Regularly operate a computer and other office equipment. **Communicate and exchange information with co-workers and other individuals in-person and electronically. High energy working conditions may include high noise levels from equipment operations, customers, and overhead music**
