**Duties**:
- Supervise and monitor dogs in a daycare setting to ensure their safety and well-being
- Engage in playtime activities with the dogs, such as fetch, tug-of-war, and interactive toys
- Provide basic grooming services, such as brushing and bathing, as needed
- Clean and sanitize play areas, kennels, and equipment regularly to maintain a clean and healthy environment
- Administer medications or treatments to dogs as directed by the owner or veterinarian
- Monitor dog behavior and intervene if necessary to prevent conflicts or ensure a positive social environment
- Maintain accurate records of each dog's activities, behaviors, and any special instructions from the owner
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous experience working with dogs in a professional setting is required
- Strong customer service skills to interact with dog owners and provide excellent care for their pets
- Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments safely and confidently
- Knowledge of basic dog behavior and body language to recognize signs of stress or aggression
- Ability to perform heavy lifting, as some dogs may require assistance or support
- Reliable transportation to commute to the daycare facility
