Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Perform lawn care and landscaping duties such as mowing, edging, and weeding
- Assist with garden maintenance including planting, watering, and fertilizing
- Conduct tree care tasks such as pruning, trimming, and removal
- Operate and maintain equipment like bucket trucks and rigging tools
- Support landscape maintenance activities to enhance the overall appearance of the property

**Requirements**:

- Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or related field
- Proficiency in bucket operation for tree trimming and maintenance
- Knowledge of tree care practices and techniques
- Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
