We are dog-loving entrepreneurs and creatives building a community of world-class grooming talent. Our goal is to end traumatic trips to the grooming salon by providing a safe and stress-free mobile grooming experience.

**About the Role**
- Focus on providing luxury 1 on 1 care to pups every day while working independently in our Hanvey grooming vans.
- Enjoy the ongoing support of our in-house concierge and fleet teams that handle scheduling and van maintenance so you can just groom.
- Fall in love with grooming again with a manageable daily schedule while focusing on safety and quality with every appointment.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Hourly rates (not commission) because of our drive for quality, not quantity.
- Hourly pay between $24 - 30/hr (base + tips)
- Typical monthly earnings are between $4,000 - $5,000
- Bonus opportunity up to $1,000 a month

**Role Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year of professional dog bathing experience
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and groom pups up to 100 lbs

**Interview Process**
- Submit your resume (we’ll be in touch within 24 business hours)
- Phone call with recruiter (30 min - to learn about you and tell you about Barkbus)
- Video call with Grooming Mgr (30-45 min - to learn more about you and for you to ask questions about day-to-day work)
- On-site Technical Groom (to test your skills and let you check out our van)
- Offer Letter + Background Check
- Start Date + Onboarding (structure 2-week plan to set you up for success)
