Opportunity Overview:
CH Powell Company is searching for an Export Coordinator, to work part-time in our Hanover, MD office. This is an excellent opportunity with an established and respected global logistics services provider.

Company Overview:
Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with exporters, ocean carriers, trucking companies and other supply chain partners to coordinate the movement of export ocean freight cargo (FCL & LCL)
- Data entry and filing entries through Automated Export System (AES)
- Enter and maintain complete shipment data in real-time within the CH Powell operating system
- Prepare and distribute documentation for foreign clearance, in compliance with customer and country-specific requirements
- Operate in full compliance with export regulations and CH Powell policies and procedures

Required Skill & Qualifications:

- Conducts business and represent CH Powell Company with honesty and integrity
- Customer Service experience
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
- Data entry and data management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 30 per week
