As a Sales Administrator / Customer & Rep Support, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our esteemed reputation for industry-leading customer service. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Sales, this position involves handling sales data reporting and tracking, assisting sales representatives and customers, and engaging in various project work. After comprehensive in-house training, this role offers a hybrid office/remote work schedule.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including warehouse and remote order entry support, to address and resolve order-related concerns promptly.
- Innovate and strategize with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience continuously.
- Handle order entries for showroom accounts efficiently and accurately.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding backorders, ensuring professionalism and transparency throughout.
- Address a wide range of customer inquiries, from product specifics to order updates, with clarity and professionalism.

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Proven ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with Microsoft programs and QuickBooks.
- Strong time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Clear and effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in order entry processes.
- Prior experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a knack for innovative solutions.
