Bookkeeper (Part-time) Bilingual (Spanish/english)

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate financial records by recording day-to-day financial transactions
- Perform bank, balance sheet, and account reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Handle governmental accounting tasks as required
- Utilize financial software such as Quicken and Sage for data entry and reporting
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
- Proficiency in bank reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and account reconciliation
- Strong knowledge of financial report writing and governmental accounting practices
- Familiarity with Quicken, Sage, or similar financial software
- Ability to perform general ledger reconciliation effectively
