**We are currently hiring someone who has experience with Paris Baguette cake production.**

Qualifications:

- Knowledge on food-producing process, sanitization, and quality program
- **Paris Baguette experience preferred or related (1 year+)**:

- Knowledge on food producing techniques, food microbiology, and food sanitary safety practices/procedures
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Multitasking, scrupulous working ability, stress management skills
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to work with, and manage diverse teams by being highly empathetic, intuitive, self-motivated
- Confectionery, Foods major recommended
- Must be able to work on weekends and holidays

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for scaling, decorating and producing of all proper techniques to new cakers
- Sanitization procedures, maintaining overall cleanliness of work station
- Knowledge of all recipes and procedures of all production
- Ensure cake display is presentable for internal and external customers
- Make creams and sauces for cakes
- Receive, stock, and store food in designated containers and storage areas in an organized manner
- Inform supervisor when equipment is not working properly and manage when food supplies are getting low
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Food safety, food labeling, nutrition related knowledge

Wage may vary upon your experiences

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
