**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect properties for seasonal pest issues
- Record service notes on handheld device
- Drive between customer locations in Baltimore and Carroll County

**Requirements**:

- Full driver's license (not provisional or suspended)
- Ability to lift equipment weighing 50+ pounds
- Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with handheld/smartphones

Training:

- One-week paid training provided for mosquitoes and ticks
- Additional training for general pest control after the summer season, generally about 4-6 weeks of paid training provided

Hiring Process:
2. Phone interview (10-15 minutes)

3. In-person interview and job shadow/ride along (approx. 4 hours)

4. Job offer, reference checks, background check, and drug screen
