Underground Drop Technician

Alliance Global Solutions is a leading provider of internet and phone services, and we are expanding our **Underground Drop Technician** in **Kingston, New York**. We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Internet Installation Technicians to join our team. As an Underground Drop Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch services to our customers' homes and small businesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working independently on site at customer’s home as a professional representative Installing cable drops to the premises.
- Prepare the worksite to locate utilities and eliminate hazards.
- Working as a team to complete daily assigned work to ensure all customers have a positive installation experience.
- Utilization of hand and power tools with safety being top priority.
- Install underground telecommunications cable within scope and expectations of service provider utilizing company provided tools and test equipment.
- Driving a company provided vehicle from home to job sites in a professional manner, following all company driving policies.
- Always maintain a stocked and clean vehicle.
- Complete job ticketing accurately and in a timely manner.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools.

**Position Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Experience meeting new people every day working in a fast-paced, high demand job environment.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Availability to travel within system market.
- Ability to occasionally work extended hours including weekends.
- Able to lift, push, and pull 75 pounds regularly.

**Pay**: $20.00 per hour

**Schedule**:

- 5 Days
- 8-10 hour shifts (May Vary)

**Experience**:

- Underground Drop or related: 1 year **(required)**

**License/Certification**:

- Drivers License with clean driving record **(required)**
