Childcare Teacher/assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic Child Care Teacher/Assistant whose greatest passion is to see children learn and grow. You will teach and supervise them while also motivating them to use their mental capacities and exercise their imagination. Each day, our teachers have the opportunity to create joy and make a difference in the lives of the children we serve.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

- Follow a schedule of pre-planned activities
- Use a variety of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor and outdoor games, etc.) to enhance the child's abilities and interests
- Communicate respectfully and compassionately to parents
- Collaborate with other colleagues
- Adhere to safety rules and regulations
- Demonstrate patience, flexibility, and love for children
- Have an understanding of age appropriate child development
- Be creative
- Be willing to obtain a certification in First Aid and CPR, attend Safeguarding God's Children training, and pass a criminal background check.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 29 per week
