Home Care Human Resources Onboarding Specialist

**Responsibilities**
- Point person for caregivers for the Bronx and surrounding areas
- Assist with all employment inquiries
- Assist with complete hiring process for caregivers
- Verify all required onboarding documentation.
- Conduct outreach and follow up for caregivers missing required documentation
- New hire orientation/in-service tracking
- Respond swiftly to matters to coordinate immediate solutions between teams or offices
- Data entry into home care systems
- Track, maintain, and update HHA/PCA records to ensure compliance with DOH regulations
**Skills**
HHA Exchange (required)
Microsoft Office Suite (required)
Health Commerce System (preferred)
1 year experience in Home Care (required)
The hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and "in-office".
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
