**Duties**:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Manage waitlist and seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turnover
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experience for guests
- Provide assistance to guests as needed, such as helping with coats or bags

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS system or similar restaurant management software
- Excellent phone etiquette when handling reservations or inquiries
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality industry practices
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Previous experience in food service, customer service, or hotel industry is preferred

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
