- Membership and Chapter Manager_

**Innovative Association Management (IAM)**
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Membership and Chapter Manager to support our association management company. Innovative Association Management (IAM) has been providing association management, event management, member communication, non-profit administration and more since 1996. The goal of IAM is to provide the tools to allow organizations to achieve greatness. Simply put, our mission is to assure that our client partners achieve their mission. Our client partners achieve measurable success in engaged and disciplined leadership, intelligent use of technology, and membership retention.

The Membership and Chapter Manager oversees member communications, renewals, chapter and committee activities, and more.

**Responsibilities**

Membership:

- Membership dues renewal
- Member communications
- Member database management
- Member retention strategies
- New member outreach strategies
- Membership directory coordination

Chapters:

- Monthly meeting facilitation and coordination
- Quarterly reports
- New chapter outreach
- Communication with chapter leaders

Board/Committees:

- Monthly meeting facilitation for the board
- Committee communication/management
- Monthly management reports

Conferences:

- On-site coordination
- Exhibitor outreach and coordination

Other:

- Website management
- Store management

**What we are looking for in the Membership and Chapter Manager**:

- A team-player-attitude and flexibility
- Quick learner who is eager to share ideas
- An ability to work with multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational skills
- College degree (required)
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Calendar, Adobe Acrobat
- Professional demeanor and proven communication skills with all types of professionals
