Job Title: Associate Clinical Social Worker
- ACSW- At-Risk Youth

Type: Full Time, Benefits available

Location: Pomona, CA

Social Service Professionals, "the professional's choice" for careers in Social Work and Therapy has a need for an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) to provide mental health counseling to at-risk youth, children and their families in Pomona, CA. This position includes meeting with clients in an office environment as well as in their homes. The client is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing clinician who can easily establish rapport with patients. This is a full-time position with benefits available. Your efforts will make a difference in the lives of others everyday

Examples of Essential Duties:
Evaluate patients’ psycho-social needs;
Evaluate patients' family/social situation to support a treatment plan;
Participate in on-going counseling;
Utilize community resources to assist patients' psycho-social needs;
Document history, care plans and prepare reports as needed.

Education Requirement:
Graduation from a approved Masters Clinical Social Worker program.

Qualifications:
Current California Certification as an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW);
Current AHA-approved CPR card

Speak, read, and write effectively as appropriate for the needs of the audience while demonstrating the proper use of grammar.
