**QUESTIONS**

**Description**:
Under general supervision, performs moderately difficult and varied work that may require judgement as it relates to the Bookstore.

**Examples of Duties**:
B. Maintains central supplies inventory and distribute department deliveries. Prepare monthly central supply report.

C. Assists with displays of merchandise and rotating the display items biweekly or monthly.

D. Maintains general merchandise inventory and reports data to the Coordinator.

E. Performs duties using data processing, data entry, and other computer systems and software. Prepares material including correspondence, records, lists, forms, and tables, which may require the exercise of independent judgement.

F. Acts as supervisor for student workers and as needed staff when the Coordinator is not available. Open and close the bookstore periodically.

G. Assists the Coordinator with maintaining the Bookstore website. Includes uploading pictures and updating product information.

H. Process online textbook and general merchandise orders for students.

I. Participates in annual bookstore physical inventory. Prepares central supply report for the fiscal year.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
A. High school diploma or equivalent with ability to read, write, perform basic arithmetic and follow verbal and written instructions required.

B. One to three years of related work experience required. Customer service experience preferred.

D. Able to work some evening and weekends as needed.

E. Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

F. Demonstrated proficiency in English required.

G. Ability to communicate in other languages desirable.

**Supplemental Information**:
Hourly Rate of Pay begins at $16.68/hr.
