**Req Id**:31178**Job Title**:Event PlannerAs the Event Planner, you will be responsible for planning and execution of full service conferences and events. Primary customers will be internal to Purdue University. Serve as part of a planning team that takes delegation from the Director. You will provide excellent customer service ensuring delivery of Purdue Conferences value proposition through value to customer and quality experience.
- This is a hybrid position where you will work on campus in West Lafayette and the opportunity to work some remotely._

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of two (2) - three (3) years of prior relevant work experience
- Skills Needed:_
- Broad understanding of event and hospitality industry
- Attention to detail, and multi-tasking ability
- Effective oral and written communication and computer skills are required
- Ability to work within a team environment and collaborate
- Preferred:_
- Knowledge of the University organization, policies, procedures, and regulations
- Additional Information:_

- FLSA: Exempt (Not Eligible for Overtime)
