A Chicago-based, eco-friendly cleaning service (yes, we’re green) is on the hunt for a brilliant Inside Sales Manager to propel our revenue sky-high in 2024 and beyond.

Inside Sales Manager **Daily Tasks Will Include**:

- Managing sales calls and converting them into booked cleaning services.
- Constructing and maintaining robust sales funnels.
- Overseeing initial cleanings with meticulous attention to detail.
- Following up with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and promote loyalty.
- Collaborating with our Digital Marketing Associate to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
- Generating comprehensive reports and statistics.
- Assisting the Scheduler and Operations and Employee Engagement Manager as necessary.
- Maintaining a balanced 40-hour work week.
