**Responsibilities**:
Assess cosmetic conditions of incoming electronics. Accurately observe and recommend cosmetic grade for individual items. Perform various warehouse duties such as cleaning and processing hardware. Ensure items are sanitized, cleaned, and any unnecessary labels/stickers are removed from hardware. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks. Attention to detail for quality control purposes. Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues.

This position requires individuals who are able to work in a fast-paced environment and can handle physical demands. The production assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are properly stored, organized, and ready for distribution. **Qualifications**:

- Self-motivated, detail oriented, and dependable.
- Professional attitude.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Must be comfortable with lifting 50lb - 70lb items.
