Internet Sales Consultant is responsible for monitoring and facilitating internet leads, determining customer’s vehicle needs, maintaining a follow up system that encourages repeat & referral business for Mossy. Understand the terminology of the Automotive business and keep abreast on technological changes in the product, features, and accessories. Including vehicle delivery to customers.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Must have strong **computer skills**:

- Excellent knowledge of the web and good data entry skills

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- **_ Establishing daily, weekly, and monthly prospecting and sales goals_**, prioritizing, and organizing work and productive results, and utilizing time effectively.
- **_Build relationships & create customers for life_** Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- **_Be a vehicle expert_**_ _Know the ins & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology and aftermarket products and services.
- **_Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations_** of new/used vehicles.
- **_Follow-up with buyers_** to ensure referral business.
- **_Learn to overcome objections_** and thrive in sales situations, complying with all company, DMV, state, and federal requirements.
- **_Directly report to the Sales Manager_** regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- **_Bring your ‘A Game’ & positive attitude with you every day_**:

- **_Efficiently closing sales to attain optimal gross profit_**; properly computing financial aspects of sales transactions.
- **_Consistently follow up after sales_** to assure client satisfaction and opportunity for additional sales and more return purchases.
