**QUALIFICATIONS**
- **Licensed in the state of Texas or qualifying Compact state as a Licensed Vocational Nurse**:

- Licensed Vocational Nurse must have reliable transportation; **must be able to reliably commute**:

- Licensed Vocational Nurse with experience preferred, but not required
- tube feedings, Trach care, Ventilator management. Hands on training provided for complex diagnosis and equipment management.
- Previous Private Duty Nursing experience as well as ICU, NICU, PICU experience with exposure to complex, Tracheostomy or Ventilator patients is a plus.
- Licensed Vocational Nurse must successfully pass state required background screening
- Licensed Vocational Nurse must successfully pass drug screening
- Licensed Vocational Nurse must have effective communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to professional growth

**SALARY**
- $35 to $40 per hour - LVN

**POSITIONS AVAILABLE**:

- Various **day** and **night** shifts are available with patients ranging in age from **8 YRS to 22 YRS**.
- The ideal nurse is skilled with **tracheostomy care and/or ventilator management or ability to train up to this skill.**:

- **$40 / hour pay rate for LVN is for nights/weekends only with a high acuity patient located in Manor.**:

- _Pay rates for any other assignment will be negotiated based on patient acuity, shift and nurse experience. _
