**Homewatch CareGivers of Morris** seeks a full-time, enthusiastic, dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) leader to provide ABA services to diverse clients with behavior challenges and skill deficits. This is a pivotal leadership role for the company in delivering and maintaining high-quality ABA services.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities include**:

- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments of our clients to identify strengths, challenges, and individualized goals for clients.
- Collaborate with clients’ families and our client services/nursing team to assess client behaviors and generate a Behavioral Plan of Care.
- Train the Direct Service Professional (DSP) on the required care.
- Monitor and ensure the DSP follows the Behavioral Plan of Care and appropriately addresses behaviors.
- Perform periodic reassessments and revise care plan and DSP training as needed.
- Ensure proper and accurate documentation is generated and maintained.
- Meet the individual’s needs in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Provide family training on an ongoing basis with compassion, expertise, and the ability to assess and meet family needs
- Must be able to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Maintain excellent time management, organizational skills, record keeping, and maintenance of HIPAA compliance at all times

**Experience**
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a MUST
- Experience in positive behavior support and or/applied behavior analysis.
- One year of supervised experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities involving behavioral assessment and development of behavioral support plans.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
