Bliss Car Wash is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic and experienced Sales Associate to guide our guests in choosing the right Monthly Unlimited Membership/Single Wash Packages for their vehicle.

**Responsibilities**:

- Great guests with a smile, and offer/sale **Bliss Unlimited** **Memberships as well as Single Wash Packages.**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills, highly energetic, positive attitude and goal oriented.
- A self-motivated, **sales-oriented** individual.
- Provide excellent service to ensure the guest has a great experience.
- Maintain work area clean and organized.
- Enjoy working outdoors.
- Be a team player.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Some prior sales experience needed.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment.

**Knowledge**:

- Must always maintain the highest level of customer service. Must have the capacity to take initiative when problems arise. Flexibility to adapt to a variety of situations. Must have attention to detail.

**Leadership Skills**:

- Build great relationships with guests and co-workers through great communication and follow-through.

**Work Schedule**:

- Looking for FULL-TIME employees that have the ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

**Language Skills**:

- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing & able to clearly communicate operational concerns to Management.
